PACER Consultants is a multi-disciplinary professional corporation that was established in the year 1950. The firm was established by the late Dr. Hassan Ismail, with an intent to offer our community a better habitat.
With a record 70 years of experience, PACER have built a reputation in local and international markets through the diversity of its services. We are headquartered in Giza, Egypt. There are a 100 engineers working with us full time, in addition to 200 highly qualified contractual experts.
The company expertise covers master planning, architecture, civil, electro-mechanical engineering, infrastructure and maritime design. There is also a special department that is in charge of construction and project management as well as sustainability studies.
Realizing the evolution in local and international markets, we find it our duty to serve the community by producing buildings that are practical, intelligent and sustainable.
A professional development program and a quality control program were established within the firm to ensure that services are performed up to the highest quality and technological levels, while maintaining the personal touch.
