ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT

Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is a process of evaluating the likely environmental impacts of a proposed project or development, taking into account inter-related socio-economic, cultural and human-health impacts, both beneficial and adverse.


SUSTAINABILITY STUDIES

Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) Studies cover predicted constraints and conflicts between proposed project and their environments; therefore, providing opportunities for mitigation measures to be incorporated to minimize problems upon the execution of different types of projects.

Firms already in operation undergo Environmental Compliance Action Plans (CAP) to put up with the new national and international stringent environmental regulations so as to reduce their rate pollution to become acceptable; Ejesco Plant, Mill Construction Project, Van Leer Plant, Nile Car Manufacturing Plant and others have successfully rendered to the CAP regulations through Pacer’s professional recommendations.


TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDIES

The purpose of a Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) is to assess the impacts of a development on the transport network and identify reasonable solutions to address these impacts. With few exceptions, all developments result in changes to vehicle and/or pedestrian movements.
